We are a link building and content services company. We provide our services and campaigns after receiving full payment. As a client or service partner, you must agree to the following terms and conditions of the services we offer.

SERVICES

We will perform the following SEO services depending on the subscription:
  • Creating visual and written content such as blogs and articles.
  • Creating posting and submission reports.
  • Spreading link popularity by getting backlinks from other websites.
  • Recruiting potential bloggers who will publish content that promotes the client’s brand.

DISCLAIMERS

  • We are a link building company and as such we do not provide any keywords/anchor texts/SEO strategies along with the link building packages.
  • There are no refunds once the links are published. This is because we do not own these blogs; they are third party sites. Our team has already spent considerable time coordinating with the bloggers and creating the content.
  • We maintain complete confidentiality and no terms and conditions with clients will be disclosed to any third party. This agreement is strictly between us and the client on a first party basis.
  • We reserve the right to moderate changes in link texts and order details to ensure the best results.
  • We do not guarantee permanent links on any blog/site. We do our best to maintain a good link profile.
  • In case of recurring link building packages, the order can be cancelled/refunded only within 2 days of placing the order. Any cancellation request after 2 days will not be accepted as the team will have already started the campaign by then.
  • We will not be held liable for any damages and losses to the client’s website (indirect and incidental) as a result of claims from third party sites. As an end user, you accept full responsibility for any damages that may arise.
  • In case of any changes in search engine policies and exclusion of the client’s websites from directories, blogs and other websites, we will not be held liable.
  • Since we are an outsourced SEO service provider, we do not guarantee favorable changes in keywords, phrases or search queries. Once the backlinks are published, we are not responsible for any unexpected changes that may occur.
  • For pre-approved placements: We do not provide pre-approval. If the client still wants pre-approval, they will be charged an additional fee. For pre-approved blogs, we cannot provide a list of all blogs due to data privacy. We provide only as many blogs as the client ordered. When providing a review, we expect the client to provide a valid reason for rejection.
  • In case of unreasonable reasons for rejection, we will not provide new proposals and will process the order according to the best possible white hat link building methods. In this case, no refunds will be given as we and the link acquisition teams have already invested time in this.
  • Our clients love our service because they are confident that the links will always be of the highest quality and they do not have to participate in the placement approval process.
  • We are not responsible if the client uses any third party services that refer to “link farms” or “bad neighbors”.
    Please note that we do not accept PayPal payments for any SEO services.

NON-DISCLOSURE POLICY

  • We maintain maximum confidentiality of client information and only forward the required work to third parties with the autonomous consent of the client.
  • The electronic agreement between the client and the client remains valid with your autonomous consent.
  • This agreement shall not be considered as an NDA unless both parties and the client enter into any such legal agreement in writing, mutually.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

  • As an ethical measure, the agreement becomes null and void if the client is found to be involved in illegal and offensive websites and industries.
  • If in any case the client tries to contact our contacts or the publishing team directly, it will be considered a breach of data confidentiality. In this case, we may either terminate the work with the client or change the scope of work.
  • Any content that promotes hatred, racism, animal cruelty, product, defamation directed at any person, community and institution will be considered offensive and may result in termination of the agreement and the client will be liable for any subsequent damages.
